"Q" UNIVERSITY" is the legal successor of the QAINAR Academy, established in 1991 – the first private higher education institution in independent Kazakhstan
For 30 years, the idea of continuous education has been implemented from the Bachelor's secondary school, Kainar College and to a multidisciplinary higher education institution.
Since 02/06/2024, "Q" UNIVERSITY" has been carrying out the academic process on the basis of General License No.KZ62LAA00036139 issued by the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
There are 5 academic schools in the structure of "Q" UNIVERSITY", which provide training in 8 areas, including 21 bachelor's and master's degree educational programs.
The most popular educational programs of "Q" UNIVERSITY" are law, psychology, journalism, finance, accounting and auditing, information technology and transportation services.
In accordance with the Concept of Development of Higher Education and Science in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2023-2029 and the Development Program for 2023-2027, it was decided to transform "Q" UNIVERSITY" into an Ecosystem University 3.0.
Since 2010, "Q" UNIVERSITY" has been a participant in the Bologna Process, which provides for joining the global educational community and recognizing the legitimacy of our graduates' diplomas in foreign countries.
"Q" UNIVERSITY" graduated its first students in 1994. Over the years, 23,734 graduates have left its walls, joining the ranks of highly qualified specialists and personnel in the field of training in many industries and spheres of activity in Kazakhstan.
"Q" UNIVERSITY" carries out international cooperation in personnel training, joint scientific research, and international scientific events.
