RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

The documents of the Academic School of Business and Management reflect the main theoretical and practical aspects of the scientific organization of the educational process in the following areas:

– planning, organization, management of the educational process;

– educational and methodological support of the educational process;

– ensuring high quality of work and services;

– educational work with students.

The school organizes, carries out educational, methodological, research activities in the field of university training, improving the quality of education, stimulating the creative activity of teachers in educational, methodological and organizational work. The school implements its goal by performing the following functions:

– implementation of the policy of the Kainar Academy in the field of quality;

– meeting the requirements of the QMS of the Kainar Academy;

– implementation of the objectives of the Academy and schools in the field of quality:

– implementation of the stages of the life cycle of educational services;

– organizational and managerial;

– resource management;

– monitoring, measurement, analysis and continuous improvement of educational services and processes of the unit.

To achieve the set goals, the school's teaching staff organizes educational activities at a high scientific and methodological level, uses active forms of extracurricular work (round tables, scientific and practical conferences, excursions to museums of the city and region, literary evenings and meetings with interesting people, etc.).

Teachers of the academic school periodically undergo a foreign scientific internship. They take part in educational work, paying special attention to the problems of moral education. In teaching students, he shows due exactingness and care about improving their theoretical and practical knowledge.

On 05.12.2023, a scientific seminar was held on the topic: "Formation of a new worldview in the era of digital transformation of the national economic system" on the basis of the Academic School "Business and Management".

ASH "Business and Management" successfully implements the following areas of scientific activity:

1. Active creative activity of the academic school staff in the preparation and publication of articles in Kazakhstani and foreign scientific journals that realize the scientific interest of teaching staff and students; 2. The development of scientific work through the implementation of such forms of training as the management of undergraduate and graduate works for competitions of scientific works of young scientists; preparation and holding of teaching staff scientific conferences, preparation and publishing articles of students' presentations at conferences, conducting scientific work in research centers;

3. Development of creative cooperation with educational institutions of foreign countries, preparation of joint publications.

Teachers of the academic school and undergraduates took an active part in the scientific seminar. The reports are related to the priority areas of scientific research of the teaching staff. The reports were accompanied by presentations.
