“Q” UNIVERSITY strives to implement the priority directions of education development in the modern world through the integration of education, science and production through the implementation of cooperation with leading domestic and foreign universities.

The implementation of double–degree educational programs is a likely way to improve the quality of higher professional education at the international level.
Double–degree education is the possibility of parallel study according to educational programs and curricula in order to obtain two equivalent diplomas or one basic and one additional:
The development and implementation of the dual degree program is a testament to the international recognition of “Q” UNIVERSITY
The principle of double–degree education is that students are offered a choice to complete their studies at “Q” UNIVERSITY, or at a partner University, with recognition of learning outcomes and acquired competencies.
The educational process will be conducted, as a rule, in Russian and/or English.
Students pay tuition fees to the university where they study at the time of their studies. As a rule, the number of places for dual degree educational programs is limited and competitive.

Completion of the double-degree program increases the student's opportunity for employment after graduation, providing them with a wide range of employment opportunities both in Kazakhstan and abroad.

“Q” UNIVERSITY systematically carries out work on the organization of joint educational programs for the purpose of collaboration (joint activities to combine knowledge, experience and resources) to solve complex problems and achieve the best results in the field of higher and postgraduate education, realizing one of the strategic goals of the “Q” UNIVERSITY Development Program for 2024-2028.":
So, on March 12, 2024, according to the “Q” UNIVERSITY Development Program for 2024-2028", the university organized a meeting with a representative of Western Illinois University (USA), Professor Sergevnin Vladimir Anatolyevich.
