The Alumni Association is a resource for maintaining alumni ties with the university, sharing experiences, and realizing the professional, scientific, and creative potential of graduates. Membership in the Association provides an opportunity to establish or strengthen ties with the university, the opportunity not only to be aware of the current activities of the university, but also to become an active participant in university events.
The mission of the Alumni Association is to unite graduates of different years into a single dynamic and interested community, contributing to the development of internal and external communications, the development and promotion of the university brand, solving the most important strategic tasks of the university, preserving and multiplying the values and uniqueness of university education, culture and traditions.
The purpose of the Alumni Association is to facilitate the organization of educational activities in the training of new personnel and to establish mutually beneficial relations between the university and its graduates.
The main tasks of the Alumni Association:
creation and maintenance of an information database of graduates in order to expand partnerships and their participation in the life of the University;
assistance in establishing and developing business ties between university graduates by creating conditions for communication between them, identifying common professional interests and ways to implement them;
attracting the attention of the general public, public authorities, local governments, and the media to the University's activities in order to participate in the development and implementation of the University's Development Strategy;
implementation of social support programs for university graduates, including in the framework of employment and employment of students and young professionals, career building or organization of their own business, organization of patronage and support for socially vulnerable students of “Q” University, organization of practices in order to gain professional work experience;
development of cooperation with employers in the framework of adapting the educational process to the requirements of the labor market;
development of a graduate mentoring program for students in order to maximize the integration of the latter into the professional community;
Support of projects, programs, events and other initiatives conducted by the university, organization of own events (presentations, round tables, conferences) at the university sites;
strengthening the corporate spirit of students and graduates, preserving the unity of values and interests of the university community, developing the university's brand and increasing its authority in the international and scientific environment.
