The YOUTH POLICY OF Q UNIVERSITY is the integrity of the system of measures aimed at creating the necessary conditions for the formation and self-realization of a bright modern personality within the walls of “Q” UNIVERSITY.
The Department of Educational and Social Work is a structural unit that implements the activities of the University's youth policy and manages and coordinates the student government of “Q” UNIVERSITY, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Youth Policy".
The Department of Educational and Social Work conducts public, socio-cultural events and close cooperation with all students of “Q” UNIVERSITY.
Education of the national idea of "Mangilik El" among students through the culture of the Kazakh people, the formation of moral, deep, spiritual wealth and civic image.
Students are provided with favorable conditions for self-realization as a person, as well as for the development of high professional competence in social activities as a citizen of Kazakhstan.
Participates in the formation of a humanistic worldview of students, a civic position, a sense of patriotism, freedom and identity of legal and political culture, respect for state symbols, national traditions and customs.
The purpose of youth policy:
- ensuring equal conditions for the spiritual, cultural, intellectual, mental, professional, social and physical development and self-realization of young people;
- creating conditions for the participation of young people in the political, socio-economic, scientific, sports and cultural life of society;
- increasing the level of interethnic (interethnic) and interfaith harmony among young people;
- formation of a system of moral and semantic guidelines that make it possible to resist the ideology of extremism, nationalism, manifestations of xenophobia, corruption, discrimination on the grounds of social, religious, racial, national affiliation and other negative social phenomena.
In achieving the set goals, the following tasks are being implemented:

Informing young people about the potential for self-realization, scientific, creative support and support for entrepreneurial activity with their involvement in social experience.
