The teaching staff of the Academic School “Law” successfully applies practice-oriented teaching technologies that contribute to the formation of personal qualities and professional competencies in students that are significant for future professional activities. Thus, as part of a lecture on November 1, 2024, a meeting was held with the Judge of the Alatau District Court of Almaty, Davletniyazov Talgat Maksatovich, with students of the 6B042 “Law” training program.
The topic of the meeting was devoted to judicial practice in cases of crimes against human life and health, issues of organizing the court’s activities, and the specifics of consideration of criminal cases by judges were covered.
During the discussion, students asked a number of questions about the limits of permissible necessary defense for the protection of life and health, criminogenic factors in the commission of crimes, personal and social characteristics of the accused, as well as the requirements for candidates for judges.
At the end of the lecture, Davletniyazov T.M. invited students to practice, and final-year students to work in the judicial authorities.
