Off-Site Legal Consultation as Part of the University Legal Clinic’s Activities

On September 17, 2026, as part of the activities of the University Legal Clinic, an off-site legal consultation was held at a branch of the public foundation “Mama Pro.” The consultation was conducted by Almat Asylbekovich Zhussupov, Candidate of Legal Sciences and Associate Professor at the Academic School of Law.

During the consultation, citizens received free legal assistance on matters related to real estate transactions. In particular, they were provided with explanations regarding the legal risks associated with the sale and purchase of an apartment, the specifics of interacting with real estate agents, and the legal aspects that should be taken into account when entering into the relevant agreements.

The consultation also addressed issues concerning the division of marital property acquired during marriage, the conclusion of a marriage agreement and determination of its terms, the fulfillment of alimony obligations, as well as other matters arising in the sphere of family and civil law relations.

The off-site legal consultation enabled citizens to receive qualified legal guidance on matters of interest to them, as well as to learn about the methods and mechanisms provided by law for protecting their rights and legitimate interests.

The activities of the Legal Clinic, aimed at providing legal assistance to citizens and enhancing their level of legal literacy and legal culture, constitute an important component of the University’s social and educational mission.
