The Academic School of Business and Management invites students to the National Subject Student Olympiad in the «FINANCE» educational programme, dedicated to the National Currency Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Key information
- Date and time: November 11, 2026, 10:00
- Format: in person, «Q» University (125/185 Baizakov St., Almaty, room 505)
- Participants: bachelor's students who won the first (intra-university) stage
- Teams: no more than 2 teams per university
- Working languages: Kazakh, Russian, English
Rounds
- Team introduction — presentation with an AI-assisted video (3–5 min, 20 points).
- Homework — mini-project / presentation on finance and artificial intelligence (10–15 min, 30 points).
- Captains' contest — investment analysis tasks: TVM, NPV, IRR, WACC, Payback Period, etc. (5–10 min, 25 points).
How to apply
By November 1, 2026, send to v.sadykova@q.edu.kz:
- a letter signed by the rector (vice-rector) on the results of the first stage, or a decision of the Academic Council;
- an application for the second stage (one per participant).
Travel, meals and accommodation are covered by the sending institution.
