We are pleased to invite you to take part in the International Round Table on the topic: "Educational Programs of 'Q' University and the Hanoi University of Finance and Marketing: Current Issues and Prospects for Cooperation."

The event is aimed at discussing key aspects of the integration of student youth into the global scientific and educational space, as well as the development of academic mobility programs and joint youth initiatives.

Particular attention within the Round Table will be given to the participation of a special delegation from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam — representatives of the University of Finance and Marketing (Hanoi), headed by its Rector, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Tien Dat. The delegation will also include Associate Professor, Dr. Do Huong Lan (Head of the Department of Scientific Activities), Associate Professor, Dr. Phan Thi Hang Nga (Head of the Department of Educational Activities), Associate Professor, Dr. Le Thi Thu Hang (Director of the Institute of International Education), and Dr. Pham Thi Tuong Van (Director of the Center for Economics, Institute of Social Sciences of the Southern Region, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences). During the visit, a cooperation agreement is planned to be signed, aimed at fostering long-term partnership in the fields of education, science, technology, scientific publications, training of research personnel, and the organization of joint academic events.

Date: September 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (Astana time).

Format: Hybrid (in-person participation on the university campus / online connection for international partners).

Working languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.

Main Areas and Topics for Discussion:

1.       Strategic Partnerships of the University: Experience and prospects of cooperation with the Hanoi University of Finance and Marketing.

2.       Academic Mobility: Opportunities for student education under joint educational programs.

3.       Signing of the Cooperation Agreement: Signing of a cooperation document aimed at developing long-term partnership in education, science, technology, scientific publications, training of research personnel, and the organization of joint academic events.

Forms of Participation in the Round Table:

• Oral presentation by faculty members, students, and master's students (up to 10 minutes).

• Participation as a listener and in discussions.

• Remote (correspondence) participation.
