Q University Associate Professor Undertakes Academic Mobility at Düzce University

Sanimkul Shapigatovna Lapbaeva, Associate Professor at the Academic School of Business and Management of Q University, has begun an academic mobility programme at Düzce University in the Republic of Türkiye. The visit will run from 15 October 2026 to 15 January 2027.

The mobility programme is being implemented under the Memorandum of Understanding on academic cooperation between Q University and Düzce University. The agreement provides for exchanges of academic staff and researchers, guest lectures, the development of joint research projects, and academic mobility within master's and doctoral programmes.

At the host university, Professor Lapbaeva will conduct academic and research activities as a Visiting Researcher at the Faculty of Business Administration. Her work will be supervised by Prof. Dr. Enver Bozdemir, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration.

Her research will focus on International Accounting Standards, accounting practices, and cost analysis. The visit will also support the exchange of academic and teaching experience, discussions on prospective joint research, and stronger professional ties between the two universities.

The participation of a Q University faculty member in an international academic mobility programme contributes to the development of research competencies, the integration of international experience into the educational process, and the expansion of cooperation with international partners.
